Capri Farmhouse Escape

Capri Farmhouse is located minutes from the scenic Indian River and Savannah Preserve. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this peaceful 2nd floor, non-smoking, 2 bedroom suite has a private entrance, eat-in kitchenette and guest parking for up to two vehicles. There is a fenced in yard and propane bbq grill. Dogs are welcome. (Due to severe allergies, we are no longer accepting cats as pets.) Keep in mind the unit is on the second floor and not suitable for children under 12. The space Enjoy our organic farm-fresh eggs from our own free range chickens! One dozen are provided upon check-in. (Additional eggs are available upon request). If you would like a quick tour of our “farmette”, we would be happy to show you around! (Please have closed toed shoes or sneakers) Other things to note Before each guest's arrival, all surfaces, fixtures and linens are thoroughly and professionally cleaned and sanitized. We use only hospital grade anti bacterial, germicidal cleaning products. We provide guests antibacterial dish soap and hand soap. Our unit is listed as not suitable for children under 12.
