Decorated in a modern style, the cosy studio apartment consists of a central living space with one double bed, one sofa bed (for one person), an integrated, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Behind the sofa bed, you will find stairs behind a glass wall that leads to the dreamlike rooftop terrace, where you can sunbathe or read a good book on warm afternoons. Thanks to the small table and chairs, you can also share delicious meals with your loved ones here or a glass of full-bodied wine to round off the evening. Due to the central location of the apartment, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate proximity: within a 2-minute walk (or 170 m) you will find grocery stores and a variety shops and eateries. Furthermore, the popular beach Playa del Carmen is only 600 m or an 8-minute walk away. Here you can stroll along the golden sand and breathe in the salty sea breeze. Please respect the maximum number of guests. External visitors are prohibited during the stay, as are any events or parties.
