Villa Joe is set on 3 floor, 300 m2 of living space, 700 m2 outdoor. 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, capacity 10+2 guests. Fully air-conditioned, free wi-fi 1st floor: living/dining, kitchen, wine bar, billiard, darts and toilette 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, covered terrace and exercise machines 3rd floor: 2 master bedrooms Outdoor kitchen/barbecue, outdoor dining Pool of 40 m²(10*4) shallow, cover, heated 3 bicycles Kids playground Shower and lounge chairs by the pool Hot tube Sauna Parking The space The villa is spacious enough and it is perfect for families and friends groups to spend time together, but also everyone can find space or corner for little bit privacy. All bedrooms and a living room are equipped with a flat-screen TV and the villa is fully air-conditioned, thus covered with wireless internet connection There is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and outdoor dining area. Other outdoor amenities are swimming pool of 40 m² (10 m*4 m) with shallow, cover and heated. 3 bicycles, and children's playground, shower and lounge chairs by the pool. Hot tube and sauna are in the room next to the pool and there is shower room and toilette. Parking is provided for 4 cars. Notice: We heat water in the pool to make it more comfortable for swimming during the colder, post/pre-seasonal days of the year. During the heating of the pool reached temperature depends of outdoor temperature and it is not possible to get water temperature to be hot like in hot tube. We provide rent a car.
