Situated in a quiet location on the Gasserhof at 1,300 m altitude, the apartment features a living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. In winter, you can go ice skating and curling on the natural ice rink in the village center, cross-country skiing on the 7 km trail, or winter hiking and snowshoeing on cleared paths. The "Pertinger Alm – Nonnewieser" toboggan run (4 km long) is a 10-minute drive (6 km) away. A free ski bus takes you to the famous Kronplatz ski area at the edge of the Dolomites, which also features a snow park. In summer, the region offers many outdoor activities such as horse riding, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, mini golf, or tennis. Parking is available on the property.
