The space This large 2,800 square foot, two-story mountain home backs up to the beautiful Blue River wetlands. Enjoy the open views of Pacific Peak and Crystal Peak from this family retreat. Lodge pole pines, quaking aspens, willow bushes and other native foliage surround the home and provide the ultimate backdrop while not blocking views of the Tenmile range. The wetlands attract various mountain wildlife, such as the neighborhood moose. Inside the home, you will enjoy two open living areas, each with its own fireplace and flat screen television. The modern amenities in the kitchen, such as granite countertops and a gas stovetop, compliment the alpine wood craftsmanship. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook for a crowd. The kitchen, which seats 10 people at the counter and table, opens to the bright and comfortable family room. The dining room, which seats an additional 8 people, opens to the vaulted ceilings and large windows in the living room. The living room and family room can be separated by glass French doors, to allow kids to play games in the family room, while the adults enjoy a game of cards in the living room and dining room. The four bedrooms are all on the second floor. The large master bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet and a beautiful en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms both have queen beds. The final bedroom is perfect for kids, with two sets of bunk beds, for a total of four twin beds. There is also a second full bath, which has a separated shower and large counter and vanity. Enjoy the fresh air and mountain views while relaxing on the deck. Gaze at the millions of stars from the Arctic Spa hot tub. We also provide wireless internet and cable television. Our garage fits two vehicles.
