See details below: This house is pretty big, not a camp or cabin, more like a large English or French country cottage: -Living room 23X16 lake views -Family Room/Foyer 14X18 -Kitchen 18x13 lake views -BR 1 16X13 BR 2 10x18 BR 3 15X18 lake views in 2 out of 3 bedrooms There are 7 beds, 4 queens, 2 single/twins, and one sleeper couch. This house is beautiful with 7 (yes 7) fireplace mantels. All uniquely designed. I have never met a person who did not fall in love with this house. We did, that's why we bought it. We never looked at any other lake houses anywhere, this was it and we knew it they first time we saw it. In the summer we have a lakeside deck leading to a 24 ft boat dock and small beachy area. The water in the swimming area is quite shallow and great for kids, it has a mostly-sandy bottom and the water is warm. Crescent lake is one of the cleanest in NH. Deeper swimming is out about 50 yards. The swimming area is in sunlight all day, but plenty of shade just steps away. We are in the cove off the main lake in a no wake zone, meaning it is very safe for children, kayakers etc. The boat dock can accommodate water ski type boats, kayaks, canoes and paddleboats etc. The lakeside yard has plenty of sun and shade. We provide 3 kayaks, a paddle boat and 2 stand up paddleboards. Sorry, the antique Penn Yan boat is not available for renters use. But you can bring your own boat. The yard has a spectacular new stone patio with built-in fire-pit with Adirondack seating and all the wood you need to burn. There is a beautiful newly rebuilt covered porch overlooking the patio and lake, off the lower level entertainment area. First floor mini suite bedroom with gas fireplace and family room with HDTV. There is a wall mounter HDTV in the Living room as well. There is a DSL wired and wireless internet hookup located here. (There is no broadcast or cable television available in this area. However, you can stream TV video on your accounts with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and your computer or our TV and our Roku box. The first floor also has large separate living room off open eat-in kitchen with dining table and separate dining room and a large sitting area overlooking lake with gas fireplace. There are 3 dining/eating areas. This area also has a Bang & Olufsen stereo system for radio and LP's. Yes, LP's, and we provide a bunch. You can hook up an iPod or CD player and bluetooth here if you wish. The kitchen is brand new, Thermador luxury with a triple oven, built-in refrigerator and induction 36 inch cooktop. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, the master is overlooking the lake with 2 Queen size beds. The other bedroom is a guest/family or kids bedroom with a double bed and twin beds, sleeps four. The lower level is an entertainment area complete with Pool table. A ping pong table that sits on top of the pool table is available. And twin sliding over-sized glass doors to the outside and porch. There are tons of linens, comforters and throws to keep you comfortable anytime of the year. There are fishing rods for your use. You will need to hook them yourself, worms are available from our new Unity General Store. This place is great for Junes high school graduations and family gatherings Cancellations are not allowed unless the home can be rented for the same period at the same rate. 100% access, except garage. yes, but off site. Typical lakeside homes. tons of parking at the house.
