Guests have plenty parking including boat trailer storage and will stay on the terrace level where every room has beautiful views of Lake Lanier. Just off the patio is a fire pit and a hot tub for your use. Your reserved boat slip is just a short gradual walk off the back porch. To be clear, my wife and I live on the upper floor and guest stay in the private terrace below that has a separate driveway, entrance, patio fire pit, outdoor griddle and hot tub ... all within view and a short easy walk to the lake.
