You will be steps away from a pristine outdoor pool overlooking Little Lagoon and the dock great for fishing or sunsets on the swings with a cocktail! Our private beach is a quick 3 minute walk over the dune. Tortuga Sunset has so many things to offer for a great vacation!! Little Lagoon is like glass great for kayaks (fishing on the Lagoon) and paddle boards with an easy launch site. I provide contact information for local rentals for beach items, kayaks and paddle boards! The dock has a large area with benches and swings. The fishing is great on the dock ....reds, speckle trout and are just a few of the fish in the area. The pool is steps away and is a nice break from the sand. It looks out onto Little Lagoon! The pool usually isn't crowded. The cottage has has a balcony with morning shade, a great way to start your day with a cup of coffee! If you are looking for rest and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of high-rise condos still within close distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment, this will be perfect vacation for you! There are great five star restaurants with outdoor dining and live music just down the street. Our private beach access walkway is located right across the street from the cottage. The road you will cross is a two lane road that isn't busy. There are no businesses past our cottage, so the only cars on the 2 lane road are going to their homes. Our private beach access is through a wood fence with a red post on the end of it and another fence creating a walkway. It is a quick 3 minute walk from the cottage and is between the orange and white house.  Once you walk over the dune the beautiful beach and ocean are right there. Once you book I send a Welcome email with helpful information about the cottage and the area. I provide information about the wonderful walking trails in the area, golf courses, restaurants, the many activities for kids. Please message me your email address when you book and I will forward it to you. You just can't beat the lagoon on one side with the ocean on the other! Our cottage looks out directly onto Little Lagoon... beautiful views from every window. The lagoon water is typically just as blue as the Gulf, but calm and shallow, with much sea life! You can often spot hermit crabs, blue crabs, and sea skates, and catch redfish and speckled trout. If you are flying or the car is filled up with family, fishing poles and luggage, I offer Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs for rent. Let me know if you are interested in renting chairs. Tortuga Sunset cottage has high quality beds for a great night sleep just like home! It is decorated so you will feel at home while you are on vacation. It is built to Fortified Gold Standard, has granite countertops throughout, luxury floors, gorgeous tile in the bathrooms and kitchen; everything is custom in the home. Large 40 inch smart TVs in every bedroom room with a 55 inch smart TV in the living room so you can access your own Netflix and prime video. There is also a bath tub/shower in the master bath for kiddos who want to take a bath. The cottage is very very clean and the pictures are up to date and accurate. You will have a great time!
