Today, it is protected by Hvar Cultural Heritage, as a cultural monument. Luxor apartments are spacious, and equipped with everything you may need during your stay: 1. Fully equipped kitchen with a bar desk and all the appliances: refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, professional coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a smoothie maker. 2. The bed is double (king size) with top mattresses, but can be split into two single beds. There's also a high-quality foldable sofa for 3rd person. Each night stand has built-in wireless smartphone chargers. In front of a bed is a 49'' (123cm) 4kUHD Ambilight smart tv with IPTV (12.000+ live international channels) and Netflix account. A/C and 4G WiFi (80mbit/s) are free and available in the whole property. 3. Apartment has walk-in wardrobe, makeup desk with a mirror, ironing facilities, drying rack, hairdryer, first-aid kit, and a laptop safe! Beach towels, as well as umbrellas, are also provided. 4. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, towel radiator, and sink. All the toiletries are provided :) In every our apartment you'll also find an welcome book full of advices and recommendations from locals point of view (not bribed as some famous sites). It is created by me trying to share with you the best what Hvar has to offer and save your time and stomach exploring! :D Experience Hvar as a local and rest like the royals!! Come and enjoy Hvar at its finest! Guest access Parking is just 100 meters away from the apartment. It is secured and monitored (12 CCTV) and only 3-5€/day! The distance from the sea is 100m. The nearest beach you can reach is five minutes by foot. Breakfast is not included in the room price but can be booked online and in advance. Ultimate privacy is guaranteed during your stay as each apartment has its own entrance (and even on different streets). Please do not hesitate to ask if you need something else to be organized for you (taxi service, scuba diving, skydiving, boat/car/scooter rental, or some tour like the Blue cave)! We will gladly find the best offer in town and recommend only the most reliable agencies! Other things to note Living meters from the very center gives you the feeling that the entire town of Hvar is your living room! The apartment is literally on the main square and everything you may need will be on your doorstep: supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, emergency room, police station, post office, restaurants, bars, beaches, parking, bus terminal, and harbor. Island Hvar can be reached either by catamaran to Hvar town or by car ferry to Stari Grad (15km from Hvar). Both bus terminal and the harbor are on less then 2 minutes from the apartment, so no matter how you arrive in the town you won't have to walk a lot, neither climb any stairs and hills to get to the apartment. !!
