This is one of only six single story units in the complex without guests upstairs. The open living room is made up of two sofas, a swivel rocker, and a 55" wall mounted TV, and a sliding glass door to the back. The full kitchen is well equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a Keurig Duo single serve and carafe coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and three bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a king bed, a dresser for your beach attire, a closet and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tiled tub/shower unit and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. This room also has private access to the back patio. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed, a set of twin bunkbeds, and nightstands. The ensuite bathroom consists of a vanity, a tiled stand-alone shower, and a closet. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach.
