It has ample space and pleasant decor with all the amenities: -2 bedrooms, main king size bed and second 2 double beds - Two bathrooms -Living room with 2 sofa beds, dining room and equipped kitchen -Two TVs with Dish -Internet -Laundromat -Terrace with barbecue and ocean views -Parking -Shared pool The space The Diamante 1 apartment has a large space, all the amenities, and pleasant decoration that creates an atmosphere of rest and relaxation with large windows that allow the ocean view from the two floors. THE PRICE HERE IS THE BASIC RATE FOR 8 PEOPLE. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR 9 OR 10 PEOPLE. APARTMENT RULES - Check-in 3 pm, check-out 12 pm - Pool hours 8 am to 10 pm Visitors are not allowed. -Use of a bathing suit is required in the pool area, commonly used clothing is not allowed - No pets are allowed -Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. -Loud music or excessive noise can disturb other guests, so it is forbidden after 10:30 pm in order to maintain peace and quiet. -Leave clean dishes and trash in the container across the street. (If there is excessive dirt, a cleaning fee will be charged). Guest access You can enjoy the pool located on the first level, in front of the parking lot. You can also enjoy a large terrace with barbecues and a spectacular ocean and pool view on the second floor.
