Pelican Path - Gorgeous Oceanfront house with 180 degree Ocean Views and stairs to the beach! Enjoy the beautiful Oregon coast at this spacious three bedroom/three bath house perched on ocean front property. It has an expansive deck with private stairs leading down a secluded driftwood strewn beach. At LOW TIDE, enjoy a stroll on the beach to the harbor jetty, about one mile away. Please Note: NO BEACH FIRES Allowed . There is a security camera on premises. The space Enjoy sweeping ocean views from the spacious “Great Room,” an open living area with plenty of seating, a large stone fireplace, and a TV with cable and Roku. There’s also a game table, bumper pool table (a favorite with guests), and a front hall closet stocked with puzzles, games, and cards. The home offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for added privacy. On the ground floor (no interior stairs), the “Captain’s Quarters” features a king bed and en-suite bath, while the “Crew’s Quarters” includes two queen beds and a full bath just outside the room. Upstairs, a loft-style space provides four twin beds, a small bathroom, and a TV with Roku and DVD player (DVDs provided). The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, and basic supplies, along with a drip coffee maker (bring your own coffee) and tea kettle. The dining table seats eight (plenty of tableware, flatware, and glassware) and offers beautiful ocean views. Step outside to the expansive deck to relax and take in the sights and sounds of the Oregon coast. The garage includes extra chairs, sand toys, kites, and a Weber grill (briquettes may be needed). Beach access is available directly from the deck on the wooden staircase. The beach is semi-secluded (no public access near by) and at low tide offers lots of tide pooling opportunities. PLEASE NOTE: Access to the beach requires descending ~70 wooden steps (about three flights), and the return climb can be strenuous. The final stretch descending from the high tide line includes a narrow, uneven stone path, which may not be suitable for small children or those with limited mobility. There are lots of other beach options within a short drive from the house. Most cell phones carriers get full reception at the property. Guests should be aware that issues related to coastal location can cause interruption throughout the year to both internet, utilities and cell phone reception that are outside host's control.
