Located in a quiet area, south beach, 300 m from the beach, you can enjoy all activities on foot or by bike (downtown 10 minutes' walk, bike path...). This townhouse has a small enclosed garden. New appliances. It can accommodate 4 vacationers with a sofa bed on the ground floor and two single beds in the upstairs mezzanine bedroom which can be converted into a double bed. CLEANING INCLUDED. SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED. The space Located in a quiet area, south beach, 300 m from the beach, you can enjoy all the activities of Mimizan on foot or by bike (the bike path is a short walk from the house): beach, surf school, forest walks, shops, restaurants... This 32 m2 townhouse has a small garden. Air-conditioned, it was completely renovated in 2021 in a friendly seaside style. It has new appliances (kitchen, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi). The bathroom has also been renovated (new shower). It can accommodate four vacationers with a sofa bed on the ground floor and two 90*190 beds in the upstairs bedroom (new bedding) which can be converted into a double bed (180*190). Cleaning is included. Sheets are not included but can be booked. (linen and towel kit 2 people 20 euros, kit 1 p 10 euros) Upon request at the time of booking, possibility to lend a baby bed and high chair. Pets are allowed but we only accept one pet per stay. Check-ins start at 4 pm, Check-out before 11am. Guest access A parking space is available next to the accommodation. Bicycle path at the exit of the subdivision to go to the city or forest.
