This beautifully designed villa has classic, elegant lines and is situated in one of the best positions in Portobello di Gallura; it is bathed in morning sunshine and enjoys views of clear turquoise sea. Set in an exquisite beachside setting, it is remarkably private. On entering the property you will find a huge and equipped courtyard area and a beautiful front-sea pool. The villa is arranged on one level: the living area features a gourmet kitchen serving directly to the dining area and outside terraces. The dining area opens out into the front covered patio equipped with a BBQ. Villa Mariù e Amelie has four bedrooms, each one with sea view, and the three bathrooms. The beach of the village of Portobello di Gallura is a 2-minute walk away. Portobello Nord beach is 1.7 kilometers away, and Lu Culumbu beach is 1.3 kilometers away. By car you can reach many other beautiful beaches, such as Cala Sarraina or Marinedda in Isola Rossa. The nearest villages are Trinita d'Agultu, Badesi, Valle Doria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura (with Capo Testa). Interesting in the hinterland is the Gallura area where activities like hiking or biking are customary. Famous places in Gallura are Luogosanto and Tempio (town centers in the typical granite) and the Valle della Luna at Aggius village. Other things to note Pets are welcome only upon request and prior approval, provided they do not get on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property’s premises to do their business. For check-ins from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. For late check-ins from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please follow recycling rules and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be separated into designated bags for organic, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At check-out, the property must be completely free of residual waste. Failure to comply will result in a €250.00 penalty. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €1,000.00 will be held via credit card. This amount will be automatically released (according to your bank's processing time) at the end of the stay.
