Welcome to our stunning stone cottage in the heart of the 1000 Islands, on the STL River waterfront. Enjoy the most beautiful views and colorful sunrises & sunsets. Swimming, canoeing and fishing are right on our doorstep. We have a large outdoor area and firepits, seating, private beach, patio with gas BBQ, 110' x 8' boat dock and high-speed internet. 37 km of hiking/biking trails are just across the road. We are only 3 min from the historic downtown and restaurants, stores, cruise and casino. The space This 6000 square feet luxury cottage contains three independent suites. This is the Upper floor suite called suite #1 has an are a of 2500 SF. Three comfortable bedrooms, sleeping 6-8 in total: one master bedroom with a king-sized bed, in suite washroom with bathtub, walkout to the big patio with BBQ, patio table and chairs. Direct waterfront view even you are relaxing on the bed, two other bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed. Each bedroom has direct access to its own balcony. A full-sized kitchen with full range, range hood, dish washing machine, fridge, full utensils. two living rooms, one with TV and sofas, one with a sofa-bed, two dinning room with water front view and garden view. you can enjoy the beautiful sunset from second floor high while having the dinner with family at classical dinning room. Guest access The unit #1 entrance is on the north side of the building, facing the parkway. Parking is located on the east side of the property. Other things to note To ensure the safety to our guests, there are surveillance cameras surround the building. There is 110 feet long and 8 feet wide dock for you to dock your boat at free of charge as per one boat per suite. Please contact owner for more boats, additional charge may apply.
