While we take a great deal of care for the cottage at Alpine Resort, if you're seeking a perfect flawless place or are super high maintenance this is not the place for you. -The property is located on a busier road which could lead to some daytime noise. -It is part of a resort with 4 separate rent-able buildings but offers ample space and privacy for all guests. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas; driveway area, yard around unit, boardwalk/dock area, kayaks, bikes, air hockey, corn hole, ladder ball, 4 pickleball rackets/balls, and garage area. Other things to note There is a $15 charge per person per night over two guests to cover additional cleaning and laundry expenses. This is why we ask for an accurate number of guests and is automatically included in your price.
