The space If you are looking for the perfect place to get away from everyday stress and crowd this is perfect place for you. Villa Milena is located in the small place called Kostanje. Villa is suitable for 8 people. Three beautiful rooms of which one is with en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioned. All rooms equipped with smart TVs and air conditioning from the hallway. An open space concept with a fully equipped kitchen connects with both the dinning room and living room and has a direct exit to the terrace with a truly breathtaking view. For the perfect refreshment relax at the spacious, heated pool with hydro massage function or enjoy the big traditional Dalmatian tavern "konoba" with billiard, darts and Football table. The pool area has 8 deckchairs 4 parasols, 2 showers and a truly wonderful canopy with an old traditional barbecue, big wooden table and a completely equipped kitchen. Of course, there is also a big TV so you can watch your favorite movies directly from the pool. 2 parking space (1 in garage) are available at the property. Newest additions for the season 2024.. are a traditional Dalmatian stone house with movie theater and gaming equipment. ***The pool heating will be in function from 1.5. - 1.11. (or earlier by special arrangement) Kindly send on request. During summer days (due to hot summer weather) the heating is switched off. Guest access The whole villa with all amenities are exclusively for our guests. Other things to note We wait for our quests and help them to find the property. We make check-in, show them the property, explain them everything...Then we leave them to enyoj their holidays. We are always on their complete disposition for any demand by phone or e-mail. On the end we are there to make check-out. We like to speak with our quests, but we will not disturb them.
