Park the car, grab your bags, and head inside! Upon entering Swallow's Nest, you'll find yourself in the lower level of the home where three of the bedrooms sit. The first bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, the second with a queen bed and a double futon along with a TV, and the third with two doubles. This last room is perfect for any children in your party to share, as it also has a plush carpet. A full bath with a shower/tub combo also resides on this floor for easy guest use. Head to the second floor, and you'll find the living room, kitchen, dining area, and primary bedroom! The living room offers plenty of natural light through the large, picturesque windows, and if it gets a little too bright or warm, feel free to close the blinds! A couch and two overstuffed chairs sit around a coffee table facing a flat screen TV mounted to the wall. You'll have access to a DVD and Blu-Ray player, along with streaming devices and Wi-Fi while staying at Swallow's Nest! The owners have also left board games and books for guest use. A half bath also sits on this floor for your convenience. The kitchen sits adjacent the living room, with a small dining room table behind it. Up to seven guests can sit around the table, while the other three are more than welcome to use the space at the kitchen island/bar. You'll have everything you need to whip up some quick and easy homemade meals on your trip in this kitchen, including plenty of silverware and dish-ware, along with a refrigerator, microwave, oven/stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Check out the back deck near the dining room! You'll have an amazing view, along with access to outdoor furniture. A ladder staircase back inside leads up to a loft. Your children will love having this private area to play and relax in, or even take a nap on the twin hide-a-bed. On the other end of the second floor, you'll find the final bedroom, the primary, complete with a king bed and a large chaise lounge. The private bathroom is sure to please, with a Jacuzzi tub and a double head shower along with his and hers sinks! For your enjoyment there is a ping pong table set up in the garage so be sure and check this out and enjoy a fun game of ping pong! While staying in Pacific City, you and your family will have plenty to see and do! Explore the beach, just a short walk from Swallow's Nest, or take a hike up the sand dune! It's harder than it looks but worth it when you reach the top! Be sure to bring your phone or a camera to capture the breathtaking view! Enjoy a nice, relaxing lunch at the Pelican Brewery afterward, or grab a slice of pizza at Doryland Pizza. You could also travel south into Lincoln City, and explore the outlet mall, or head north into Tillamook, and take a tour of the cheese factory! Designed by the famous Dreamland crew, this concrete playground features a unique "Dory Boat" bowl—a nod to our local fishing heritage. Pack the skateboards and let the kids burn off some energy with a view of the dunes! Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted. Other things to note Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. This is a dog friendly property, there is a $60 non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup. Your pup must be on a leash at all times when outside of the home no exceptions. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. Parking for up to three cars. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
