Villa Buzios Suites

Our villa "Buisos Suites" is built in the stalk of old Buzios in the nineties. During this time, it was converted by a small 2** hotel ("Casa Adorno Buzios") to our small holiday villa for 6 people with three suites. Each of the three private suites is air conditioned. Each furnished with a double bed, dessert with reading light, open closet and ceiling fan. All suites have a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The space The suites are located on the ground floor, with access to the living area and roof terrace. In the kitchen is a 4 flame gas stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer and enough space for preparing food. The living area is divided into 2 levels, which are connected by 2 steps (not barrier-free). The upper part is equipped with crochet, desk, kitchen passages and a dining table and chairs for 6 people. In the lower part there is a ceiling fan, sofas, armchairs and a hammock, as well as a multimedia corner with TV, sat connection and DVD player. A single-level sliding door makes it easy to reach the terrace and garden from the lower living area. Outside: Breakfast on the terrace, relaxation in the tropical garden with palms and cacti or cocktails on the newly designed rooftop terrace overlooking the lake – anyone as you like. The location: Our house is very quiet, in a living/villa area in the district "Manguinhos", without through traffic. From the nearby main thoroughfare road, you won't get anything at all. The neighborhood of our villa consists of pensions and private houses. The largest beach of Buzios (Geriba) is within walking distance of our house. The small harbor "Porto da Barra" and the only fish market in Buzios is just 300 m from the house towards the north. The deli "Golden Bread", an art pateserie with attached boulagergie with fresh baguette, small delicacies with attached cafe is a guarantee for the perfect start to the day.
