We do not have individual private parking, parking is free , and free around the residence. Vehicles are not allowed to park inside the residence. The apartment is in a residential condominium, with families and people who work, their tranquility must be respected, no breach of this rule will be tolerated. noise pollution is prohibited from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be careful in the common areas with your suitcases when arriving or leaving so as not to damage them. It is forbidden to organize any party or birthday or to invite a large number of people. Any breach may result in the arrival of the policy and the immediate end of the non-refunded rental. The apartment is non-smoking. Please go outside to smoke. The apartment must be left as it is arranged, furniture, beds and tables must not be moved. The dishes must be washed and stored, the garbage cans must be regularly lowered and placed in the green containers located in the garbage room. Cleaning: please do the dishes, clear the counters and put the linen used (towels, sheets, towels…) near the washing machine to facilitate the work of the cleaning worker. On the day of departure the bins must be emptied and lowered into the garbage room, the refrigerator must be emptied and the dishes cleaned. Any material deterioration: furniture, beds, crockery, wall curtains etc. will be the responsibility of the tenant according to the basis of the inventory prices. If the apartment is left in a state of dirt and disorder requiring additional cleaning hours, a flat fee of €50 will be charged to the tenant.
