Villa Valeria: swimming pool, sea view and 11 bed accommodations in Puglia There are "chianche"-paved paths (the chianche are typical and local stone blocks) take to the villa and the crescent-shaped turquoise swimming pool with an amazing view on Torre Vado and its sea. Since they are hidden by the vegetation, the swimming pool and the area furnished with beach beds guarantee privacy. The architectural style of Villa Valeria is balanced with the area it`s in and it recalls the traditional architectural style of Salento, with its barrel-vaulted ceiling and walls built with the "dry-wall" technique. The rooms of the luxury holiday home in Torre Vado The villa consists of a main unit and two annexes and it`s on a small hill. The main unit consists of a renovated trullo or "liama" with thick walls and barrel-vaulted ceiling, the dining area with well-equipped kitchen, the twin bedroom (that can become a double bedroom) with additional single bed, a double bedroom with additional bed and a bathroom with shower. The main unit is surrounded by the wooden porch which is furnished and ideal at lunch or dinner or if you want to relax. Moreover, there is a barbecue. One outbuilding is at a lower level that the main unit and it consist of a triple bedroom and bathroom with shower. The other outbuilding is at a higher level that the main unit and it consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom with ceiling fans and bathroom with shower. The surroundings of Villa Valeria Villa Valeria is in Torre Vado, one kilometer away from the famous beach of Pescoluse known as Le Maldive del Salento. Among the public beach tracts of coast and the beach establishments, there is Eden beach establishment which is pet friendly. The small harbor is 800 meters away from the beach and there you can rent a small or medium boat ideal for a trip by the coast, with its beautiful caves. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 1000 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. Guest access The property consists of the main Trullo, as the core, and 2 annexes, with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main Trullo is finished to a high standard with a well furnished living area with sofa bed and flat screen tv, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining room with table for six which has access to the enchanting pergola overlooking the sea. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each one with en-suite bathroom. The annex on the Trullo lower level has 1 triple bedroom with en-suite, while the second guest apartment (annex building close to the property entrance), consists of a lovely double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. This unique accommodation offers guests something different. The thickness of the walls ensure a naturally cool stay.
