It is comprised of: - a living room with closets, dining nook, dresser and a Queen Size bed, - a lovely sunny 10sqm terrace, absolutely quiet with a large dining table and a sun lounger, - a new and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, 4 burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, water kettle), - a delightful bathroom with a large shower, suspended toilet, heated towel rack and a large closet for a washer/dryer. The apartment is also climate controlled. You have internet WIFI and a TV with numerous foreign channels. It is possible to rent a parking space in front of the residence for 20€/day. We offer you as well all the amenities facilities to ensure your stay with comfort: sheets and towels of quality, a welcome pack (coffee, tea, salt and pepper, oil, sugar, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, household equipment (vacuum, bucket, mop). The apartment is situated in the Carre d'Or center of Nice on a street that is perpendicular to the Promenade des Anglais and next to the sea. The residence is found on a semi-pedestrian zone surrounded by numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets at the end of the street. Numerous bus stops are nearby. The train station is a 20 minutes walk and the airport is 15-20 minutes by car and there is also a direct bus nearby.
