Beautiful typical house renovated with care and very well equipped, 4 real bedrooms, a charming garden. House ideally equipped to accommodate 4 employees. Quick access to the beach (1.5 km walk). Ideal place to bring together large families: children will find all the necessary comfort (barrier, crib, park, high chair, baby bed, stroller, changing table, games...) and fully fenced. The space Spacious house, full of charm, facing the church (charm of the Angelus in the morning). The environment is quiet and relaxing. Guest access Independent accommodation, private garden. Other things to note We sometimes occupy a home in a building located behind the cottage (our vacation residence). Both homes have a garden and private spaces without any overlooking. There are 4 bicycles in the basement in good condition: 1 women's bicycle, 1 men's bicycle, 1 teenager's bicycle and 1 children's bicycle (8-10 years old).
