Living Area: This fashionably decorated living area is complete with a comfortable chair and couch that pulls out for extra convenience and accommodation. Finished with a breakfast nook for the family, and an armoire housing a 42" flat screen TV, this condo's spacious main room is perfect for any family or couple. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances and tasteful granite countertops for the bar area. A traditional coffee maker for a good cup in the morning, and an assortment of cookware, utensils and plates for a family meal or romantic dinner with a loved one. Balcony: A step from the living room and you are in this spacious terrace area that offers breathtaking views of the gulf and beach, as well as a cool seabreeze for the days spent relaxing in our comfortable outdoor furniture. The floor-to-ceiling windows extend this fantastic view to the inside of the condo as well, just in case you want to enjoy the ocean and A/C simultaneously. Master Bedroom: The main bedchamber offers a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure, and a king bed for added space & comfort. The bathroom suite is equipped with a walk-in shower and tub that are quite enjoyable after a long day at the beach. Splash Resort is an excellent choice with the front door steps from the beach, and minutes from Pier Park, which is central to all things eating, shopping, entertainment. ______________________________________ SEASONAL BEACH SERVICE (March - October): We offer a discounted $50 BEACH SERVICE rental fee for reservations between Mar 15 - Oct 31. This includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire stay. The Beach vendor charges $45/day rental so this potentially could save you more than $200 for a week stay. Let us know if you want to take advantage of the beach service. We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pick up any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay. Beach towels are not provided with linens. NOTES: There is an additional one-time $30 registration fee that guests are responsible for in addition to the quoted price. This is for wrist bands for all guests and parking permit. At least 1 guest must be age 25 to rent this condo. Rental of this direct beachfront condo provides full access to the condo. Guests will also have access to resort amenities. The area surrounding Splash Resort is incredibly lively but also very family friendly. The Panama City Beach strip has lots to offer from rental buggies, to parasailing and boat rental adventures. The sandy beaches of Panama City are seconds from your condo allowing easy access to nearby fun in the sun. Splash Resort offers covered parking with a sky walk to the towers for your convenience. There is an additional one-time $30 Registration Fee when checking in for wrist bands for all guests and parking permit.
