The building where the apartment is located dates back to the 1500s and was purchased by my great-grandfather Alfonso in 1906, but it dates back to the 1500s, as evidenced by frescoes in one room. The house is located between the historic center (Duomo - Castello Estense, etc.), Piazza Ariostea (Palio and important events) and a stone's throw from all the most important historical and cultural sites. The space There are two 25-square-meter double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a large living room, a full kitchen with a refrigerator and oven, and 2 bathrooms with bidets. Everything you need to feel at home. It has independent heating and free wifi, so you can enjoy a comfortable and carefree stay. There is no air conditioning as it is not possible to install it because the building is very old. However, in the summer the apartment is very cool and does not need cooling systems. In any case, there are 3 fans available. Next, you will have to climb two flights of marble stairs, and so you will arrive at the apartment. Remember that the entire house is reserved exclusively for guests during their stay, so you can enjoy privacy and comfort. I would also like to point out that inside the apartment there is another flight of wooden stairs that leads to the second bathroom, located in the single room. As for parking, you can leave your car for free on the street or opt for paid parking very close by. Other things to note It is forbidden to step on the grass in the garden.
