UPPER FLOOR (100 m²) - Master bedroom with a 1.50-meter bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. - Bedroom with 2 1.50 m beds. - Bedroom with 2 0.90-meter beds. - Full bathroom. In total: 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 6 1.50 m beds, and 2 0.90 m beds. All bedrooms have built-in closets and air conditioning. Special 1.50 m hospitality beds and soft-touch sheets for truly restful sleep. Crib or extra bed for babies upon request. OUTSIDE - 200 m² terrace to enjoy with family or friends. - Large barbecue for grilling meat, fish, and vegetables. - Small private above-ground pool to cool off in summer. - Uncovered parking inside the gated property: 2 small or medium-sized cars or 1 large car (for a fee; see "Other things to note"). LOCATION Very quiet and well-connected area: supermarkets, pharmacy, outpatient clinic, restaurants, yacht club, sports facilities, and playgrounds nearby. - Gandía Beach: 10-minute walk. - Els Marenys de Rafalcaid and Venecia beaches: 3 minutes by car, with parking just a few meters from the sand. - Bus stop 20 meters away: Gandía city center, train station, shopping malls, and the entire beach. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire chalet: both floors, the terrace, the barbecue, and the pool. Parking within the property is optional and for a fee. Other things to note - Check-in: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Check-out: until 10 am. - Early check-in or late check-out: possible for an additional fee depending on the season and provided there is no other reservation that day. Please ask us. - Included: Made beds, hand and bath towels, hand sanitizer, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher tablets, and two coffee capsules. - Bath towels and beach towels are NOT included. - Parking on the property: €15 per day, payable on arrival. Please request it in advance. - Upon arrival, the short-term rental agreement and the house rules are signed. If you wish, we can send it to you beforehand. - Special deposit of €500 on arrival (in cash or by bank transfer) to cover what the security deposit does not cover: deep cleaning, damages, or fines for smoking indoors or for violating the rules. It will be returned within a maximum of 7 days after inspecting the property. - Mandatory guest registration: All guests 14 years of age or older must provide their ID (Ministry of the Interior regulations). - For safety reasons, there are two outdoor cameras: one at the front door and one at the garage entrance. There are no cameras inside the house. - Pets allowed. Smoking only outside. - It is mandatory to respect Gandia's municipal coexistence ordinance (noise and neighbors' peace).
