It is a detached villa of 200m2 with two floors, on the ground floor (100m2) we can find a very large living room, a full separate bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with induction fire, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and all kinds of appliances and the necessary trousseau for the stay. The space On the ground floor there is also a large room with two 1.50m beds, with comfortable mattresses and nice hotel sheets. The upper floor (100m2) has a large double bedroom with a full bathroom that has a whirlpool tub and shower, we also have two more large bedrooms, one bedroom with two 0.90m beds and another bedroom with two 1.50m beds. All rooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, there is the possibility of a crib or extra bed for babies. Outside we find a 200 m2 terrace, with everything you need to enjoy a day with the family, a barbecue area and a small private raised pool to cool off in the summer heat, as well as an area to park vehicles inside for a fee. We are close to the villa and try, in case guests need it, to help them and point out nearby restaurants, beaches, leisure... We're available for any questions or queries you may have. We have also enjoyed traveling and enjoying other vacation homes for years and have made a compendium of everything that must be had so that guests are at home, with comfort, air conditioning, services... The villa was built by us with very high building qualities, not made by a developer to sell later, I think it is one of the best villas in Gandía at a construction level. Its rooms and bedrooms are spacious and airy. We have purchased large 1.50m special hospitality beds and nice touch sheets for guests to rest very comfortably. It has a terrace to enjoy with family and friends where there is a pool to cool off and a large barbecue to be able to grill meat, fish and vegetables. It has a parking lot where you can park two vehicles inside the enclosed plot at an additional cost. The villa is very strategically located, since it is located in a very quiet point, but at the same time very well connected with services, such as supermarkets, pharmacy, outpatient clinic, catering, yacht club, sports facilities, playgrounds. Gandía beach is only a 10-minute walk away and others such as Els Marenys de Rafalcaid or Venice are only a 3-minute drive away, parking 10 meters from the beach without any complications. 20 meters from the villa there is a bus stop that takes you to downtown Gandía, train station, shopping centers or the entire coast of Gandía beach. Upon arrival/check-in, the guest signs a lease agreement and internal rules of the tourist home, if requested by the guest, it is sent in advance. The house has security video surveillance cameras, in outdoor or common areas (NONE in private areas or bathrooms) with image recording, to ensure the issue of theft, damage and the count of the people who have rented and occupy the house. The images may be used for any of the purposes necessary for the proper performance of this contract. These cameras also have a siren, night vision, human detection, and two-way audio. Other things to note The house is left with bedding on and hand and foot towels are left in the bathrooms (no shower or beach towels are left) and hand gel. A special deposit of five hundred euros (500 euros) is made at the entrance in cash or account, to cover those aspects not covered by the deposit, such as extraordinary cleaning for dirt, fines for smoking or damage for smoking inside the house or non-compliance with the house rules. The villa has an uncovered parking lot, with capacity for 2 small or medium cars or one large car. 12 euros per day and stay is charged for the parking service, which is charged at check-in and must be requested in advance if possible.
