A person can be swept down the river. Adults who can not swim should wear life jackets when down at river. The top white river gate must be closed or locked at all times, when children are present. You will be emailed a booking info sheet and then a formal rental agreement that must be completed and returned. No access or address is to be provided until documents are returned and accepted. Access info will be provided 1 week prior to checking in. No day or night visitors without written authorization, additional fees may apply.
