Church End Cottage 2br ,town centre & pet friendly

Church End Cottage is a complete home from home ,located in a unique spot , right in the centre of Darlington . The downstairs is fully open plan , with lounge ,kitchen and dining area all combined . There is a downstairs bathroom too as well as an upstairs one ,accessible from both of the decent sized bedrooms . Yard - sun all day ! Pets : we are pet friendly too , our yard is secure for dogs and just two minutes away there’s a park to walk your dog . The space Guests love the location and the peace and tranquility ,our facilities ( 2 bathrooms , 2 televisions (One in main bedroom)i, in the town centre yet with a rural feel ( Church next door and hymns can be heard every Sunday morning g at 10.30 am) and offers as everything can be found in Darlington by walking to shops , bars , clubs , parks and restaurants as we are in the west end of Darlington Guest access Guests can access everywhere apart from one side of the wardrobe in the main bedroom and loft which are locked. Other things to note Parking : There is free off street parking between 5pm and 9 am . . There is daily parking for two hours , between 9-5 pm from the machine then you just move it around the corner and get another two hours too If arriving by car -Just park up outside on the street to unpack your car, it’s free parking after5 pm until 9 am the next day ( in between those times you need to pay with pound coins in the meter which gives you 2 hours ) Our guests who don’t go out in their car every day and want to leave it safe 24/7 , have found the Winston Street West car park , DL37DX is really good to use too and saving a one minute walk away . key code for entry is 0020 Refuse Bins : All guests who stay over from Monday to Friday are given the option of Betty our housekeeper coming in to put the bins out or will have to put out the bins themselves on a Monday evening and bring them back on when the refuge collectors have been on a Tuesday evening Fire-🔥; it’s decorative and please do not try to use as it’s out of use 👍 Long term Stays : 1-Cleaning - we also offer the option of Cleaning from Betty our housekeeper who will come in to both clean and change bedding and laundry once a week for a reduced fee of £25 for a full house clean , leaving the house just as guests first found it on check in . 2- Checking out - 4-5 days before final check out date we arrange a visit to our home to ensure our guests have had a lovely stay and to see if anything in our home needs any attention or replacement before the next guests arrive. On Departure-Check out:: Checkout time is 11 am. Here’s how to check out. 1-Ensure any open windows are closed . 2- Turn off all lights and Lamps but please leave television and router / firestick switched on. 3- Leave all towels ,tea towels in the shower tray . 4- Leave the bedding in the bed. 5. Empty inside bins into respective outside bins . 6.Please make sure all washing up is done , preferably put away but if not left to drain on the sink . 7. Lock both the back door and put the key in tbe cutlery tray and the front door on exit and put the front door key in the lockbox and rejumble the numbers up . Finally if you are planning to leave before 11 am can you let us know as we can let our cleaner know , otherwise she’ll be there at 11 am
