The master bedroom is equipped with one double bed and an en-suite with shower, whereas the other two bedrooms are provided with two single beds each. The villa features another bathroom with shower to be shared among the guests. The spacious, split-level living room is furnished with a dining area, a day bed, a sofa and a picturesque stone fireplace. A fully equipped independent kitchen with a dining area and views of the garden and a second living room with a pool table complete the features of the villa. The bedrooms and the main living room are provided with air-con and electric radiators to provide a cosy atmosphere all year round. The 1,500 sq-mt plot where the house is located welcomes many facilities to entertain all the members of the family. In fact, you will find a tennis court, an oval-shape private pool, open from June to September, with sun loungers, and a well-maintained private garden where a portable BBQ is located.
