Driving 20-25 minutes to Palma de Mallorca, the island's capital, you can visit La Seu Cathedral, Bellver Castle and the picturesque old town. In the surroundings there are many wine cellars and in the village you will find supermarkets, a gas station and restaurants. Driving 20-25 minutes to Palma de Mallorca, the island's capital, you can visit La Seu Cathedral, Bellver Castle and the picturesque old town. 30 km away are the northern beaches, including Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, with fine sand and shallow water. The town of Alaró is 10 minutes’ driving, where is the starting point for the Castell d'Alaró footpath. The Sierra de Tramuntana mountain hides many cultural treasures such as Valldemossa, Sóller and La Calobra cove. The single storey house has an elevated chlorine pool, 1.5 m2 and a depth of 1.8 metres. After cooling down, you can spread out a towel in the garden or choose one of the 4 hammocks and sunbathe. Who prefers shade, you will find 2 sunshades there. In the front, there is a furnished porch that invites to dinner; why not a barbecue with friends and family? You may challenge your friends at the table tennis or play badminton. The plot of the finca is fenced and there is a covered parking space as well as outdoor places for 2 cars. After a day full of activities, it is great to come home and relax on the sofa in the living room or watching a movie on the satellite Tv. Next, there is the kitchen, well equipped with gas stoves, microwave, sandwich maker, kettle, juicer, italian cofee maker, nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe invite you to dream in the two large beds of 1.5 meters and one of 1.35 meters. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, an iron/ironing board, 1 bicycle with helmet, a baby bathtub and a cot/chair on request complete the equipment. To consider: Groups of young people under the age of 27 are not accepted, except for families with children. If you make a reservation and are under 27, a special deposit of Eur 1500 is required. You can’t use the fireplace. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 Eur per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 Eur per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.
