This house was originally built in 2019 to provide up to 4 guests attending one of our weddings, or families wanting to be close to DISNEY & LEGOLAND, with a premier experience in southern hospitality The space Majors House allows for 4 guests and features large rooms with 12ft ceilings, wood floors and luxury amenities, including: Master bedroom suite with King Bed Master bath with claw-foot tub, shower, double vanity and private toilet room, Living/dining Room with large family table and sleeper sofa, Full kitchen with all new appliances including fridge, oven/stove, toaster, & Keurig, Porch with Outdoor Furniture, Two 55’ TVs with access to Hulu Live TV, High Speed Internet, Washer & Dryer, 2 Parking Spots, Digital Smart Locks, and access to outdoor pool & cabana. Guest access You will have full access to the entire Majors House and will not be shared with any other guests. You also have shared access to the Pool and Cabana at the top of the hill (closed from sundown to sun up), along with other guests on property. Other things to note The property was originally developed as a private residence by Dr. Charles W. Adams—a founding settler of Lake Alfred, Florida— and his wife, Emmie Reynolds Adams. Over the years, the Estate has served as a cherished gathering place for private weddings and celebrations. The property has since been passed down to the family’s third generation, who have carefully maintained its timeless grace and classic charm. The Estate is being transformed into boutique destination resort for weddings, reunions and other events. We're always just a call/text away and live nearby the property. In light of Covid-19, we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety our guests during your trip. All of our properties will be properly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival, in accordance with the cleaning guidelines set by VRHP/VRMA. Since there will be additional time needed to properly clean each cottages, late checkouts / early check-in requests will need to be approved in advance of your stay.
