Luxury duplex apartment of 145 square meters, the largest in this complex. São Martinho do Porto is a charming village with a beautiful shell-shaped bay, providing calm and safe waters, a great feature especially for families with small children. The space The apartment has been extremely well furnished and equipped and offers fantastic views over the bay, due to the elevated position of the complex, which is only 65 meters from the beach. The living area is bright and spacious and features a lounge area with cable TV, free Wi-Fi, DVD player (with DVDs to watch) and an elegant dining room. The top-floor balcony is ideal for entertaining and dining outdoors. The lower balcony, accessed from the living room and kitchen, allows direct access to the complex's swimming pool. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped with everything you might need to satisfy your family and friends. All 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony with great ocean views. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and also access to the balcony overlooking the sea. Bedroom 3 has a super king size bed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, allowing this apartment to accommodate up to 8 guests in great comfort. There is a family bathroom and a toilet for everyone to use. Upon arrival, property managers will provide wristbands for pool access. Please note that only 6 pool wristbands will be provided, if there are more than 6 people in your group, you will have to share the wristbands among yourselves. The apartment features a garage with a private space for your car. Note that the space is tight and larger cars can be difficult to park. There is a free parking space outside the complex as an alternative. Please be aware that there are some steps around the complex and inside the apartment, as it is a duplex, so this apartment is not ideal for people with serious mobility issues. São Martinho is a beautiful small village, with a shell-shaped bay. Due to its particular shape, the bay is the ideal beach for families with small children, since the strong sea current characteristic of the Atlantic Ocean is not present there. Along the waterfront there are pleasant cafes and bars and charming restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious Portuguese food. A walk along the coastline will take you to the river beach of Salir do Porto, where the river flows into the ocean and is also perfect for families due to its calm waters. Occasionally, parties take place in São Martinho and due to the central location of this apartment, the noise can be disturbing for guests who expect a quiet stay. The main events that can cause disturbances are the New Year celebrations and the Feasts of Santo António, which usually take place for 10 days, from the beginning to mid-June. If you are sensitive to loud music playing through the night, please confirm the dates of these events before making a reservation.
