A few minutes walk from Queens Park, St Vincent’s Hospital, Toowoomba Grammar School, cafes and shops, 15 minute drive to Gabbinbar Homestead. The space Entertaining is encouraged at the house but there are strictly No Parties or Events allowed. There is one Queen Size bed in the main bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third. All beds have super comfortable mattresses and new bedding. A full size bathroom with bath. There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and board and an additional toilet. A super comfortable lounge room with 32 inch SmartTV, sound bar and Netflix. Books, board games and children's toys. Bedroom ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living room. Outside the garden is landscaped, with a lovely front patio with chairs to relax on and table and chairs in the back garden for al fresco meals. The cottage is fully fenced with a car port and plenty of additional on street parking. We have a port a cot and high chair and toys at the cottage for guests to use. Guest access Guests can easily walk to local shops, including a butcher, coffee shops, deli and take aways. As well as Queen's Park and Toowoomba Grammar School. There is plenty of parking on the street outside the house. Other things to note There is a seperate dwelling at the back of the property with a gated fence. This is not part of the Artist's Cottage.
