The space Please feel free to relax with your family and friends in my spacious and comfy house. Guest access This is a self-check in property. We will send you an email within 24 hours of you completing the reservation. Please make sure you check the email, open the attached link and input your personal details. The check-in instructions will be made available to you 48 hours prior to your check-in date via the same link, so please make sure you bookmark the page for your reference. When checking in and checking out, please follow the instructions. Other things to note This is a self-check in property. After making the reservation, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. In the email you'll find a URL asking for the personal information of all guests (this is required by Japanese law). Please fill this form out. After filling out the form, using the same URL, you'll gain access to the check-in instructions 48 hours prior to your arrival day. So please add the URL to your "bookmarks" or "favorites" so that you may access the instructions easily. Please follow these instructions when checking-in and checking-out. ★You may use the BBQ equipment provided at the property, but there is a 3000JPY rental charge. Please ask us beforehand if you'd like to use it! You will need to prepare the following items yourself. ・BBQ Grill Net （300mm × 470mm） ・Charcoal ・Gas cylinder ・Fire starter ・Food ingredients * After use, please put the charcoal into the basket, clean the grill and other used items and return to the original place. You'll be able to purchase it at the Conan "Home Stock" Home Center at the address here: Conan Home Stock, 2068-1 Kuruma, Awaji, Hyogo 656-2311. SAVE ENERGY AND WATER When you leave the place, please turn off the lights, air conditioner, and make sure that all water taps are closed. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED NO LOUD GATHERINGS / PARTIES The property is located in a quiet residential area. Please be considerate to the neighbors and KEEP YOUR VOLUME DOWN, especially AFTER 9PM. If we receive complaints from the neighbors, we will have to ask you to leave, regardless of whether you have other accommodation arrangements.If this is to occur, please understand that as this is an infringement on your part, we will not be able to provide any refund. We appreciate your understanding. TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering. TOILET Please do not flush anything else other than toilet paper. In particular, do not flush tissue paper or plastics, as it may clog or damage the toilet pipes. SECURITY Japan is renowned for its safety, but sadly just like anywhere else there can be crime.For your safety, please lock the door when you are inside, and close the windows when you leave. We cannot be responsible or liable for any personal injuries, or the loss of your personal belongings and valuables. KITCHENWARE/AMENITIES *Cooking utensils are provided, but please bring your own seasonings, oil, and other condiments for hygiene reasons *We do not provide room clothes or pajamas, so please bring your own. Feel free to use the cooking utensils, kitchenware, glassware, pots, and pans. We ask that you clean the dishes and place everything back in its original location before you leave. You are welcome to use the amenities (shampoo, body wash, detergent, etc.), but please use it within reason so that other guests may enjoy it as well. The towels provided are only to be used during your stay at the property, please do not take them out or take them home with you. We will charge you ￥1000 per towel that has gone missing. (However, if you leave us a perfect review we can probably look past this!)） NO SMOKING Smoking is not allowed in the room. You will be charged ￥30,000 if we smell cigarettes in the room. KEEP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN Please take care of your trash responsibly, and do not litter in our neighborhood (cigarette butts, trash, broken suitcases etc.) NUMBER OF PEOPLE Please declare pax correctly and do not use beddings and towels more than pax. If we find signs of breach, we will charge $50(USD) for one pax / per night. CHECK OUT PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUR EQUIPMENT HOME We will have to charge you accordingly for anything that goes missing Please thoroughly check your belongings before leaving, we’re afraid we will have to get rid of anything you’ve left behind. PURPOSE OF USE This property is neither a hotel nor an entertainment facility. The main purpose of this property is to provide accommodation. Please do not inconvenience the local residents with what can be perceived as amoral behaviour, or actions in poor taste. This may be a once off for travellers, but for the local residents, this is our "home"; to which we come back to each day, to recover from daily stress in our lives. As a visitor, we kindly ask that you keep that in mind and appreciate that we are sharing our homes with you. Unlike hotels, there wil certainly be opportunities to get to know the locals and perhaps even have a meal together. It doesn't take much more than a nod and a smile. We look forward to having you. BUSINESS SUSPENSION COMPENSATION If the operation of the facility is temporarily suspended due to actions by the guest, the following compensation for damages may apply: Guests may be asked to pay the full or partial amount of accommodation fees and reservation fees during the period of business suspension.If repair and maintenance costs are incurred for the purpose of resuming operations, the guest may be billed for the associated expenses. In the event of a guest's violation of house rules, compensation for incurred damages and expenses may be paid using the payment information provided by the guest when making the reservation. Details regarding compensation for accommodation fees and reservation fees during the business suspension period will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
