Hayloft at Kergudon Gîtes

Hayloft was an outbuilding of our historic home which has now been converted into a studio gîte for 2. Located in the hills of the natural park of Armorique within the Monts D'Arrée we are also within easy reach of the coast and many attractions we are the perfect romantic setting for a couple. Hayloft is a dog-friendly gîte and we welcome your canine friend. Unfortunately we do not allow other pets in the accommodation (cats, rabbits etc). The space Our home has had many roles in its near 400-year history incusing a farm. Hayloft was constructed as one of the outbuildings and is a separate building detached from the others. It has been converted into a cosy studio gîte and is the perfect romantic location for a couple to spend some time in this beautiful part of Finistère. The gîte has a small but modern and well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. The bathroom has a double ended bath and over bath shower with 2 sinks and WC with electric towel rail. There is an allocated car parking space adjacent to the gîte as well as 2 private outside spaces with garden furniture, parasol and BBQ and access to the communal heated indoor / outdoor swimming pool, garden and games room. Guest access Guests will have sole use of the facilities in the gîte as well as access to the communal services. These include a 10 x 5 heated indoor / outdoor swimming pool and adjacent pool house (indoor / outdoor as it is covered by a full height shelter that can be opened in fine weather); small gymnasium (one of the owner's is a fully qualified Personal Trainer who can conduct PT sessions if required for an additional charge); mountain bikes which are available to borrow free of charge; a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer (we do ask for a small additional charge); wellington boots to borrow for a walk in the forest; a games room and private cinema, and a pétanque pitch for fun games.
