That's It The space That’s It is a beautiful oceanfront home offering stunning views and private beach access, perfect for your next Holden Beach getaway. With four bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Queens), each featuring a private bathroom, this home provides comfort and privacy for families or groups. Designed with an inverted floor plan, the home includes two living areas—one with a full-size sleeper sofa—and a downstairs living area with a 75" TV and a half bath on each floor. The second-floor wall of windows showcases breathtaking ocean views, while the spacious kitchen, dining room, and island create a perfect gathering spot for meals, games, and family fun. Relax on the top deck in an Adirondack chair to soak up the sun and ocean breezes, or enjoy the shade on the lower covered deck. Cleaning up is easy with both an enclosed outdoor shower and a boardwalk shower. Stay effortlessly connected with the Smart Home keyless entry system. Guest access We know you are getting excited and want to make sure you know where and when to check in.  The Coastal Vacation Resorts office is located at 131 Ocean Boulevard West on the ocean front near the bridge that brings you across the intracoastal waterway.  Turn right at the stop sign after crossing the bridge and you will see our office immediately on your left.  Check-in starts at 3:00 PM unless you elected and paid for early arrival beginning at 1:00 PM. If your home is a keyless entry home your code will be emailed to you in a separate email. Your code will be active at 3 pm unless you have an early arrival. Your check in and out instructions will be left on the kitchen counter of the home. If you will not be arriving before 5:00 PM, your check-in packet and keys will be in the cabinet in the sunroom located on the east side of our building. Other things to note Please remember to roll your trash cans (regular & recycling) all the way out to the curb the night on Monday night and Before check-out.  Trash collection begins very early in the morning and it is extremely important that all trash be collected on schedule.  If your trash cans are stored in stands near the street, they must still be rolled out of the stands and placed at the curb.  Let us know if you have questions and thanks very much for your assistance.  Have a safe trip home and come back soon!
