The upstairs deck enjoys beautiful Mountain Range and Forest views and, being a corner end unit, gets great natural light and privacy. The space The living room offers a flatscreen TV and a wood-burning fireplace to gather around with plenty of seating for the whole family. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless steels appliances and dining area for 6 offer a great space for preparing meals and family gatherings. The master bedroom on the lower level features a Queen bed, and the loft upstairs also offers a Queen bed plus Futon. There is one bathroom with shower/tub combo and a separate vanity sink area for all to share. This unit offers a private BBQ gas grill on the deck, perfect for summer time cooking with the family. A bonus additional open loft space from the enclosed loft provides even more space to spread out! The home offers a washing machine only, and drying rack (no clothes dryer). The Snowcreek community offers an enclosed year-round hot tub spa, just steps from the entrance to the condo.
