Three blocks from the famed Windansea surf beach, a block and a half from the bike path and doggie park, and a block from restaurants and bars on La Jolla Blvd! A car is pretty much a must in San Diego, although Uber also works very well. Car port fits two cars. Street parking almost always available. We have portable A/C units in the two upstairs bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout the home, excellent cross ventilation, and remote controlled skylights upstairs. Being just 3 blocks from the beach we get a wonderful ocean breeze year-around and therefore lack of A/C in downstairs bedrooms is rarely missed, as average daytime high temps even in July and august do not typically exceed 75 degrees.
