This house sits on a beautiful acre of land with a newly built in-ground gunite pool and private dock with lake views. You have access to a membership-only beach within a short walk. 6 light-filled bedrooms can accommodate a family retreat or 3 families with lots of space for everyone. The primary bedroom has a small bedroom attached with twin beds for a family. Spend the day at the lake and then come home to a pool table, two living room areas, and wood burning fireplace inside and fire pit outside. Chefs kitchen complete with anything you need to make the perfect meal. Perfect dining room with wrap-around windows to highlight the lake at every meal. 55 inch smart TV. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Enjoy the culture of the Berkshires & Hudson - 15 min from Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum, Shakespeare & Co, PS21, McHayden Theatre, Mount Greylock, Jiminy Peak Resort, zipline parks, Bousquet & more. Restaurants & market within driving distance. The lake is quiet & family-friendly. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, and families. Guest access As a guest in our home you have access to the entire house and access to the private dock, private swimming pool, and the members only beach. Other things to note We are phasing out dogs, but will allow them on a case by case basis and we require a $100 additional deposit fee.
