BBQ, Jacuzzi, sports, Movie, or Music, dish network with over 300 channels, Netflix, Amazon prime, Rental price includes 4 guests, additional guests are $75.00 per night per guest. 10 minutes from SILVER LAKES SPORTS FIELD The space Rooms are large, with open concept throughout. Every room has its own smart TV’s including outside under covered patio. Tropical 🌴 setting entire home and Property Kitchen has everything then some to make gourmet meals, BBQ, snacks, and hors d’oeuvres I promise you won’t be mislead or disappointed, if you’ve read the reviews, they speak volume of what to expect! Many family life long memories have been made in my home with guests returning year after year. Guest access Entire home, with the exception of Garage, walk in pantry, one closet in the master bedroom. I usually meet guests and give hands on demonstration of all remotes, pool spa fire pit so your stay is exceptional! Other things to note Brand new yoga pad 8’x10’ just added under the Avocado tree next to the putting green. Guests staying over the weekend will need to set all three trash cans out on sunday night for monday morning p/u Reminder…THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! It’s my private home, leave kitchen, BBQ, appliances as received CLEAN! Cleaning taking longer than 5 hours, additional charges apply. If home is left un-rentable, charges and forfeiture of deposit will apply. This is a beautiful well kept home please respect it. NO EVENTS, Gatherings ,PARTIES ECT! Unless approved by owner, plus additional fees. Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. please respect the neighbors. If your planning on inviting friends/Family over great, invitees are allowed only with prior approval from owner, additional charges may apply. Rules are strickly enforced! In other words no undisclosed guests, invitees, parties or events! Be honest on your inquiry in regards to number of people staying the night! Only the registered guest making the reservation will be allowed access to the property. Home has security cameras front yard and backyard for your security, protection, and safety. Pool is only heated June- Sept to 82 however can be anytime for additional charges. Plastic liner pool & jacuzzi, absolutely no dogs in the pool. Dogs are $50 per night per dog 🐶
