Please find the details and expected timelines for our current summer projects below. Please note that work schedules are subject to change weather permitting.    - Concrete Restoration: Building work is currently in progress as a result of our SIRS study. This work is expected to be completed by July. During this time, please expect noise, dust, and workers on site. This project affects all buildings, with schedules changing weekly.    - Elevator Maintenance: Elevators will be worked on between June and July. Expect intermittent outages during this period. Please note that Building 1 has two elevators, so access will be maintained at all times.   - Tennis and Pickleball Courts: These are scheduled for completion in 2027.   - Additional Projects: Other smaller projects are scheduled, but currently waiting on permits and confirmed start dates.  **Pool and Rentals: The pool is now open, and Kings Crown is currently accepting weekly rentals through November 2026.
