It sleeps up to 5 guests and is ideal for couples, families and small groups. Quietly located, it is convenient for thermal spas, villages, walking trails, Padua and Venice. The garden is a pleasant place to relax, and pets are welcome. We speak French, English and German. The space Enjoy the comfort and privacy of an entire home, arranged over several levels and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV with Netflix included, together with a fully equipped kitchen featuring pots and pans, tableware, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. An iron and ironing board are also available. The sleeping area is located on the first floor and includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed, with the option of adding an extra single bed upon request, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower and hairdryer. Bed linen, blankets, towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your stay. On the basement level, guests have access to a private garage, a second bathroom with shower, and a laundry area with washing machine. Outside, the house features a private garden with a table and comfortable armchairs, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. Guests travelling by car can use the private garage, and there is also a large free public parking area less than 50 metres from the house. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house, private garage and garden. Other things to note -A tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 4 nights, is payable upon arrival, as required by the Municipality of Montegrotto Terme.
