MyVerona is a comfortable studio apartment equipped with every comfort and located on the fifth floor of a very quiet condominium. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood well served by public transport, with green spaces and shops and a few minutes from the historic center of Verona (10 minutes walk from the Basilica of San Zeno, 25 minutes walk from the Arena). It is perfect for both a weekend and longer periods, allowing you to enjoy the history and events in Verona and Veneto all year round. The space The studio is well structured because it has a large living area with a super-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. It also has a very well organized walk-in closet and three beds (a 140x200cm foldaway bed and a 160x200cm double sofa bed with a 17cm latex mattress, super comfortable). The studio is completed by: air conditioning, video intercom, LCD TV, WiFi and a pleasant terrace. Coronavirus COVID-19: to make our guests feel even safer, we sanitize the property with a professional ionizer and specific products after each overnight stay. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio apartment.
