Our very spacious kitchen has sleek Granite Countertops, modern 4-Door Fridge, Double size kitchen island, Wet Bar in kitchen with Wine Fridge plus 2 extra bars - one outside on main level and one inside the family room downstairs with another gas fire place, Big Screen TV with Alexa, Card Table, Recreation Room with basket ball game, and other games for the teens. Outdoor Firepit is decor only so no wood or smores please. Private Balcony off queen bedroom on top level, expansive Wrap Around mostly Covered Decks on main and lower levels, both with a BBQ. Check-in 3pm and Check-out 10am unless priorly discussed with host. The drive way is steep. There are three levels of stairs for this property, inside and outside. However; you absolutely cannot forget about the world class, Natural Spas that we are known for here in Hot Springs and the "Famous" Bath House Row that is located in our Historic Downtown. There are multiple natural spas that are available on Bath House Row (Quapaw, Buckstaff, The Arlington, etc.) and offer the best services with ( Professional Massages, Soaking in the Natural Hot Springs, Facials, etc.) Also downtown Hot Springs there are multiple restaurants that are a must to try (The Copper Penny, The pancake Shop, The Waters, The Vault, Ohio Club, Fat Jacks and many more) to enjoy with your friends and family...or just for a romantic get away with your special person. Throughout the year there are multiple conventions held downtown on certain weekends. We have Corvette Shows/ Car and Truck shows, Craft Shows, Gardening conventions and so many more that it would take forever to name on here. Just walking down town you have numerous shops for shopping and multiple art shops with local artists from right here in Hot Springs. There are multiple places to go on hikes throughout down town and actual Hot Springs for you to see with your own eyes and feel with your own hands. (BE CAREFUL... THE NATURAL SPRINGS ARE VERY VERY HOT!) There is a Wax Museum and also A Gangster Museum that are great fun to enjoy on your trip. This property is at the end of a quiet street inside a small private cove off the main channel off of Lake Hamilton. About one mile away to "Gideon's boat ramp" off Hwy 270 and then Just a short boat ride return to the boat dock at he house. The Lake is full of so many activities in the summer season.. you and your friends and family might even just find yourselves "lake Bums" and spend your days and/or nights on the Lake and not even feel the need to go to town. There are multiple places right off of the Lake that offers food ( Fisherman' s Warf, Back Porch Grill) and gas for your boats. Entergy does a 5' water drop down on Nov 1 & water refill begins March 1st - 15th every year. Two ways for easy access to Hwy 270 & 7 minutes to Harp's Grocery & Marina Liquor. 10 minutes to Kroger Grocery or Walmart. Don's Country Butcher, about 4 minutes away, has hand-cut steaks & meats for the two grills, or great deli choices. They also have home made hot lunches daily. Sometimes the bugs get into the house, even though we spray at least monthly. At this property you may also see turtles, ducks, geese &/or heron.
