Separate entrance and parking directly at the property; one dog is welcome upon request. No garden access. The space Enjoy relaxing holiday days in our spacious attic apartment at the foot of the Heuberg, quietly located in the beautiful Inn Valley near Lake Chiemsee. Warm wood elements, high-quality furniture from our own carpentry workshop, and the cozy wood-burning stove create a particularly inviting atmosphere throughout the year. The balcony with beautiful mountain views is the perfect place to unwind and end the day. The approx. 125 m² apartment is accessed via a private entrance. The fully equipped kitchen-dining area offers everything you need for shared meals and leads directly to the covered south-facing balcony overlooking the Heuberg. The comfortable Swiss pine bedroom with TV also provides balcony access. In addition, the apartment features a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, towel warmer, and a separate guest WC. The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living area with exposed wooden beams, a cozy wood stove, and access to another balcony. This space also includes a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed and TV. Free Wi-Fi, parking spaces directly in front of the house, and storage facilities for bicycles and skis are, of course, available. Our accommodation is especially appreciated by couples, while families with children and guests traveling with one dog (upon request) are also very welcome. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire attic apartment via a private entrance. Parking is available directly at the property. Bicycles or skis can be stored safely upon request. Garden use is not included. Other things to note The holiday apartment is located in a residential building with several parties and a traditional construction style, which means that some sounds may occasionally be heard. Children are very welcome; we simply ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours, so that everyone in the house can feel comfortable.
