The balcony with magnificent mountain views invites you to end the day in a relaxed manner. The approx. 125 sqm apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. The high-quality kitchen offers everything you need for shared meals and leads directly to the covered south balcony overlooking the Heuberg. The comfortable pine bedroom with TV also has balcony access. In addition, there is a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and towel warmer as well as a separate guest toilet. The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living area with visible wooden beams, a cozy Swedish stove and access to another balcony. There is also a cozy sleeping area with a double bed and a living area with a sleeping function and TV. Free Wi-Fi, parking spaces right in front of the house and a storage space for bicycles and skis are of course available. Our accommodation is especially appreciated by couples, at the same time families with children as well as guests with dogs (by appointment) are welcome. Guest access The entire attic apartment with separate entrance is available for your exclusive use. A parking lot is right by the property. In addition, bicycles or skis can be safely parked by arrangement. Garden use is not provided. Other things to note The apartment is located in a residential building with several parties and traditional construction, which means that noise can sometimes be audible. Children are welcome here – we only ask for a considerate approach to volume, especially during quiet periods, so that all residents and guests feel comfortable.
