1899 - Vacation apartment in the heart of Eltville

The apartment '1899 Eltville' is located in the historic old town of Eltville. Opened on June 1, 2021, after the core renovation of our 1899 half-timbered house. You will immediately feel at home & notice many loving details that you are in the middle of the Rheingau. We love our Rheingau, the vineyards, the river, the hospitality and of course our Riesling. Come on in! The space In addition to a bright living area, the apartment has a charming dining & kitchen area, a spacious daylight bathroom, and a bedroom. Part of the exposed city wall from 1330, oak windows carved according to historical models and reworked half-timbered struts illustrate the charm of the old times. Access to the house is via a small, half-covered courtyard, which is protected by a courtyard gate. In addition, a door intercom with video/camera function is installed. Guest access The Petersweg is a narrow alley in the entire location of the old town and theoretically free of any car traffic. Parking in front of the house or in Petersweg is only possible for unloading luggage. Afterwards, you can park for free directly opposite on the upper deck in the Altstadtparkhaus parking garage, just a minute's walk from the apartment. Use the parking card stored in the apartment for this purpose. Other things to note From July 1, 2021, the city of Eltville will charge a tourist tax of €2 per night per adult for private travel.
