A quiet retreat at the edge of the forest – with wide views over meadows and rolling hills. Chambre Verte brings together natural materials, clear design and a sense of calm that is simply there, not staged. A place for days that don’t need a plan – for reading, cooking, walking and simply being. The space The Chambre Verte is quietly nestled under the roof of our guest house, opening up to wide views over meadows, forests and rolling hills. A place shaped by light, natural materials and a quiet sense of clarity. The spacious room combines sleeping, living and cooking in a simple and thoughtful way: a small kitchenette with dining table, a high-quality double bed (which can be separated into two single beds) and an additional sofa bed for one more adult or two children. The separate bathroom with shower also looks out onto the surrounding greenery. Each of the three units has its own private outdoor seating area with table and lawn – a place for quiet moments outside. Depending on the season, some of our food grows directly on the property: vegetables, salads, berries and fruit – naturally and without synthetic treatments. When available, we are happy to share some of it with our guests. For a relaxed start to the day, we can deliver fresh baguettes, croissants or bread rolls to your door (to be ordered the evening before). Laundry service and an iron are available on request. Guest access Arrive, enjoy and organize the day according to your own wishes. CoeurVert is located in a quiet, close to a large forest, only 1km from the center of the village of Ronchamp in the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region. You will be able to park for free in front of your accommodation. For all your daily needs, you will find everything you need in the village. There are supermarkets (Carrefour, Aldi), two bakeries, pharmacies, banks etc. Otherwise, there are other stores in Lure, which is a 10-minute drive away. Other things to note Our animals live freely on the property and are part of everyday life at Coeurvert. Encounters are possible – we kindly ask for a respectful approach and that the animals are not fed. The accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors There are natural water features on the property, including a pond. The private guest garden is fenced, while the surrounding areas remain open. We kindly ask parents in particular to supervise their children and take responsibility. Pets are not allowed. There is intentionally no TV – to allow for more calm, connection with nature and time for yourself.
