Your renting the whole first floor it’s Three bedrooms with 5 beds sleeps 6 and sleeps 7 with additional folding bed. it has 2 baths, and a large living room, dining area and sitting area, The kitchen is well-stocked with new cookware and a large laundry area with full size washer and dryer. We now have an electric vehicle charger. There is also an enclosed screened pool enclosure that overlooks the canal and beautiful landscaping. Don't forget the gas grill, 2 new 55" TVs with cable, very fast internet, and all new dinnerware and hypoallergenic bedding. Newly painted and decorated. This location is quiet but central to all of the Fort Myers Beach action. The driveway has room for 3 cars. Store your beach gear and bikes in the enclosed garage. 3 bicycles are provided for your use and one new beach wagon for hauling cooler and chairs to beach. We have 3 kayaks available to rent. Dogs are welcome on the beach on leash. Dogs are welcome in our home and in the pool with payment of Dog fee. Or we have friends staying, So we can correct any problems that will arise usually fast. And if we’re not around our maintenance man can be there soon. But with everything being new or replaced not much goes wrong anymore. While you are staying with us you are very welcome to have friends or family visit or stay with you.
