Our house is just a couple miles from downtown pearl street and close to bike paths, restaurants parks and hiking trails. You’ll love my place because of the quiet neighborhood and Boulder location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. 3 bedroom, 4 baths, full basement / 1 king bed / 2 full / 4 twins. Guests have access to everything in the house. There is a storage studio in the back for bikes and other gear that you may bring on your trip. Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage.
