A large open living/dining/kitchen area is conducive for enjoying time together with family and friends. The laundry can allow you to pack light if you so desire. If you desire to relax outside, there are sitting spaces by the front as well as a private side entrance with a covered area to relax with a grill, table and seating. Guest access You will have full access to Apartment 1 and lots of space to park. The side entry/covered area is not accessible to the other apartments, so it will be your space.
